Returns and exchanges for new used shoes

We will only accept returns if the product is defective or faulty.
We will bear the handling charge for such returns.

 We cannot accept refunds or exchanges after 7 days have passed from the date of purchase.
 The condition of the return is that the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
 A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.

Products that are several years old (more than 3 years) from the year of production may be damaged when worn.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for damage in this case.

Shoes on this site are "pre-owned" and "special condition" items.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons after order confirmation.
