Return Policy for Shoes
Shoes available on this site are <used products> <products with special reasons>.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons after order confirmation.
We ask for your understanding in this regard.

Regarding the return of apparel
We will only accept returns if the product is defective or faulty.
We will bear the handling fee in that case.

Our return policy is 7 days from the date of purchase.
We cannot accept refunds or exchanges after 7 days have passed from the date of purchase.
The condition of the return is that the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
We do not accept refunds on sale items.

Replacement of Apparel
We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
However, if the item is out of stock, it will be returned to us.
